Lytro pictures…

Unlike conventional film and digital cameras, the Lytro camera does not require the photographer to decide on precise focus or  aperture (actually the camera is fixed aperture of f2) at the time of capture; rather, the viewer of the image can choose a focus point by clicking anywhere on the image with a mouse; try it. The photos are dynamic and Lytro calls them “living pictures’.

Let me point out this photography requires lots of ambient light and flash cannot be used. Dark colored subjects do not render well and there’s currently no ‘Photoshop-ing’ of the proprietary file format Lytro uses.
